Marcia Crabtree has been a member of Broadway since 2003. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a double major in Psychology and English in 2006. Throughout her time in college she was active in Christ in Action, the college ministry and now serves there as the Ministry Assistant.
Marcia enjoys good conversations with the students in Christ in Action and seeing how they are finding the passions and gifts God gave them. She enjoys hiking, reading, photography, and live music.

Angie Covarrubias joined the Broadway staff in 2004. She graduated from Lubbock Christian University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business with emphasis in Marketing and Advertising. Among her duties, Angie is the office receptionist and maintains the church website. She also serves as the administrative assistant to the Hispanic Ministry.
Angie and her husband John have two children, Mia and Johnathan. Angie’s favorite thing about working here at Broadway is the opportunity she’s had in meeting and building relationships with the wonderful people that she comes in contact with.

Angela Gschwend

Angela Gschwend has worshiped at and worked for Broadway since 1988. She began her work for Broadway as receptionist, moved to Youth Secretary, and now works as Church Life and Membership Administrative Assistant.
Angela is a graduate of Texas Tech University. She and her husband James have one son John. Her hobbies include genealogy, scrapbooking, and computers.

Tracey Horne is the "senior" staff member at Broadway, having worked here since 1987. She currently serves as the Business Administrator/Bookkeeper. Tracey grew up in Snyder, Texas and is a graduate of Lubbock Christian (College) University. She, her husband, Jon, and their two sons, Nate and Luke, live in Abernathy where Jon teaches and coaches. When she is not at some type of ballgame, Tracey enjoys reading, scrapbooking, and working in her yard.
