| Dreamers |
Dreamers will be a group selected by the Youth Elders and Josh to work
alongside them and provide vision for the Youth Ministry as a whole.
This job is to dream with the help of God's Holy Spirit how to best
plant seeds towards lifelong discipleship. All suggestions or
thoughts maybe brought to anyone in this group at any time.

| Youth Servant Leaders |
The leaders will be assigned special areas of ministry. The will work
with Josh and the Youth Elders in leading their areas of ministry, in
recruiting others to join the team; and in setting direction, working
out logistics, and providing needs for their ministry area. Each Youth
Servant Leader will have to commit to one year of leading this facet of
our ministry.

| Youth Servants |
They will work side by side with the Youth Servant Leaders and Josh in
carrying out our ministry needs. The length of their commitment will
be decided between them and the Youth Servant Leaders they will be
working with.
