Parents, here are the areas of ministries where you can help Josh and get involved.  If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the Servant Leader/s of that ministry.  All areas of ministry will be overseen by Josh and the youth elders.
Class Teachers & Teaching
    
This  area within the Youth Ministry will provide teachers for Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights.  They will be devoted to critical thinking through what direction and material we need to teach so that every kid from one with no faith at all to a discipleship level teen that can come and grow in knowledge of God and Discipleship.

Small Groups

(Starts in January) Small groups exist to provide a more intimate atmosphere for our teens to grow in their faith and relationships with other teens.  There will be four groups meeting in two different houses.  Middle School teens and High School teens will meet in separate houses with boys and girls meeting in separate groups at each house.  It is expected that the servants will make a high commitment to their groups and provide council, leadership, and a listening ear.
  
     
 
 Weekly Bible Study

This Ministry will meet in homes to provide an intimate setting.  It's goal is to look deeply into the Word of God for increased knowledge of God and application of that Word to our lives.

Communication

Servants in this ministry will work with Josh with the goal of providing clear and accurate communication to our teens and their parents concerning info about all activities.
  
     

Food

This ministry will work with parents and volunteers to insure the food that is needed for any activity will be provided.  This group of servants will oversee the organization needed to provide for all activities where food is needed.

Sponsorship

A ratio of one adult to every six teens is needed for almost every activity.  This group will help Josh find the appropriate number of sponsors for all activities and will work closely with the transportation group.
  
     
  Transportation

This group will be responsible for providing adequate and safe transportation (drivers and vehicles) for all trips whether in town or out of town. 		 Servant  Leader/s:

 Take Roll

Servants in this ministry will keep a running roll of those who are here and absent on Sunday mornings.  No student should go missing for any substantial period of time.
  
     
  Prayer

We need prayer warriors who will continually and wholeheartedly commit themselves to praying on behalf of our leadership, servants, families, and teenagers.
